These Terms of Service govern use of the Legways platform at legways.systems, including restaurant onboarding, dashboard access, support, operational tools, add-ons, account security workflows, and related platform services.
In these terms, a "tenant" means a restaurant business account approved to use the Legways platform. A tenant may operate one or more storefront experiences, dashboards, or connected services through Legways.
A "tenant storefront" means the customer-facing website, ordering flow, or branded online presence connected to an approved tenant. A "platform workspace" means the Legways-managed environment used for onboarding, administration, support, security, and developer operations on legways.systems.
Legways provides restaurant website, ordering, dashboard, onboarding, support, add-on, and operational tooling for approved business accounts.
Platform access may be limited, suspended, or revoked when onboarding is incomplete, manual review is pending, account security cannot be verified, or your use violates our policies.
Restaurant applications submitted on legways.systems are reviewed before a live tenant is provisioned. Requested subdomains are reserved during review but are not considered active sites until approval and provisioning complete.
We may request additional information, proof of business legitimacy, or direct contact before approving an application.
You must provide accurate information, maintain control of your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access.
We may require email verification, account recovery steps, session revocation, device restrictions, or account deactivation to protect the platform and tenant data.
Certain platform features rely on Stripe or other payment and connected-account services. Payment activation, connected account onboarding, and related requirements may be required before live processing is enabled.
Platform, processing, and connected-account fees may apply according to your active plan and the pricing disclosed during onboarding or billing setup.
Paid add-ons are billed in fixed 30-day cycles. If an add-on becomes unpaid, outstanding balances remain owed. Certain add-ons may enter a grace period, then a restricted-access or retained-content state before broader enforcement review.
For photo uploads specifically, existing images may remain live temporarily after grace while balances continue to accrue, but tenant-admin editing rights may become delete-only and delinquent images may later be flagged for deletion-risk review.
We maintain support workflows, security logs, onboarding records, session/device records, and operational audit trails to run the platform, investigate issues, prevent abuse, and enforce security requirements.
Developer and administrative actions taken for security, recovery, or compliance purposes may be logged and reviewed internally.
Platform services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may change, restrict, or discontinue platform features, add-ons, onboarding requirements, or operational policies when needed.
Continued use of the platform after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
For information about how Legways collects, uses, stores, and protects platform data, review our Privacy Policy. Restaurant customer-facing terms for tenant storefronts are handled separately on each tenant site.
