Legways policies currently apply to customers and visitors in the United States.
This Acceptable Use Policy explains how tenants and authorized users may use Legways services and identifies conduct that may result in restriction, suspension, or termination of access.
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to use of Legways platform services, tenant workspaces, business fronts, Marketplace integrations, APIs, connected devices, administrative tools, and other systems or services provided or managed by Legways. It supplements the Legways Terms of Service and any product-specific or service-specific terms that apply to your account.
You may use Legways services only for lawful business and commercial purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform, the products or services you offer, information you publish, and activities conducted through your account comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and industry obligations.
You must maintain accurate account information and protect credentials, authentication methods, access tokens, devices, and administrative access associated with your account. You may not knowingly share credentials with unauthorized persons, attempt to bypass access controls, impersonate another user or business, or interfere with identity-verification, authentication, fraud-prevention, or account-recovery systems.
You may not use Legways services to engage in fraud, deception, unlawful activity, harassment, threats, exploitation, infringement of intellectual-property rights, distribution of malicious software, unauthorized access to systems or information, credential theft, spam, abusive automated activity, or conduct intended to damage, disable, overload, disrupt, or interfere with Legways or third-party systems.
You may not probe, scan, test, reverse engineer, circumvent, or attempt to defeat platform security, usage restrictions, technical controls, rate limits, account restrictions, billing enforcement, device-management controls, or other safeguards except where expressly authorized in writing by Legways or permitted by applicable law.
You are responsible for content, product information, prices, descriptions, photographs, trademarks, menus, inventory data, promotional materials, and other information submitted through your account or business fronts. You must have the rights and permissions necessary to use and publish that material and must not knowingly provide materially false, misleading, unlawful, or infringing content.
You may access or use customer, order, account, or personal information made available through Legways only for legitimate business purposes connected to the services for which the information was provided. You may not sell, misuse, improperly disclose, scrape, aggregate, or use that information for unrelated purposes in violation of applicable law or applicable Legways policies.
Automated access, agents, integrations, APIs, service accounts, and other programmatic tools must operate within authorized permissions and documented platform limits. You may not use automation to evade restrictions, impersonate users, generate abusive traffic, manipulate platform records, or perform actions outside the authority granted to your account.
Legways may investigate suspected violations and may restrict features, revoke credentials, suspend access, isolate devices or integrations, preserve relevant records, or terminate services when reasonably necessary to protect users, tenants, Legways systems, third parties, or legal compliance. Where appropriate, Legways may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve a violation before permanent action is taken.
Suspected abuse, security incidents, unauthorized access, unlawful activity, or violations of this Policy should be reported to Legways at support@legways.net.
